TRICAPITAL Angels Limited, a leading angel investment group committed to supporting early-stage businesses, announces the appointment of Professor Lynne Cadenhead as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective April 1st, 2024.
As a key member of the leadership team, Lynne’s appointment is a significant progression for TRICAPITAL. With her extensive background in start-up and equity investment, life sciences, business development, and strategic leadership, Lynne is poised to push TRICAPITAL towards further success in its mission to foster innovation and entrepreneurship across Scotland.
Having joined TRICAPITAL in 2023 as Women’s Advocate and Investor Relations Director, Lynne has been instrumental in promoting gender diversity within the syndicate and in upholding the principles of the Investing in Women Code. Now, as COO, she will lead efforts focussed on the recruitment, retention and engagement of members, and provide support to portfolio companies while continuing to spearhead initiatives promoting equality diversity and inclusion.
